The in built features like activity, calendar, files and tasks helped me organize all my work and kept it easy to stay on top. But I think you could fix an issue in where assignments is not loading if I go to it directly making it cumbersome to go though each team and check the assignments.

Personal account I have only used this feature recently and it was just great. All you need is an email account to sign in.

It was really smooth and I accessed any material in my groups instantly. We could create as many groups as we want without confusion and schedule meetings and call others anytime from around the world. I personally liked this app as it was par to many leading chat apps like WhatsApp, telegram etc. This app is very buggy, especially when working with the desktop version. Joining and transferring meetings always bugs out and fails to join at least once.

Notification icons show red but there are no notifications after switching accounts. Viewing a shared screen on a call does not allow total full screen on iPad.

Whiteboard integration creates a totally new whiteboard outside of the meeting if you want a new page. Scrolling back in messages constantly bugs out and you go back to the current message. Sharing your screen from iPad or iPhone fails often and I need to exit the meeting, close the app, then try resharing.

No way to make someone a presenter when on a call. No drafts of meeting invites. This app needs lots of work…. At work they have transitioned from an email service to Teams. The chat function is fine except you cannot delete chats, you can only hide and mute them. So every chat group I have ever been in is still there just muted and hidden.

There is no way to clear chats or teams. The same goes for activity. I have thousands of notifications in the activity tab that cannot be deleted. It makes the app feel very cluttered all the time. WhatsApp is way better in my opinion for chatting but of course the company wants better privacy than WhatsApp so now all our communication must go through Teams.

So when we need to schedule a team call, I have to exit teams, check outlook calendars and then go back to teams. Anyway, there are some good things about teams but it could be so much better if they made some functionality improvements.

Ms teams 365. Welcome to Microsoft Teams

Have you ever gotten to the grocery store only to realize you forgot your list? For years, I used my colorful day planner, writing my daily and weekly appointments, schedule, and to-do list in vibrant colors. And I dragged my planner around with me almost everywhere I went. Well, now I have maps and directions and even my day planner on my phone. I also have Teams. Teams allows me to share appointments and lists with my husband, kids, and extended family in real-time, all from the ease of my phone or computer.

And I love that Teams has become my solution to modernizing my day planner. For work, I need a project management tool to plan out my photo shoots, campaigns, party setups and events. I generally have four to six setups during each photo shoot that often include props, clothing, products, and food.

Another pain point of mine is the vast number of emails, text messages and direct messages I get daily. Sometimes I spend so much time searching for a specific thing in emails, text messages and direct messages for a project. It can get overwhelming! Microsoft Teams helps me organize and manage all of this—in one place! Teams does it all! I absolutely love a good task list.

Remember how I told you how I like to stay organized? Lists are my favorite way to ensure everything gets done, remember details, split responsibilities and more. The problem with lists is, well, we all live on our phones and technology. Microsoft Teams easily allows you to add people to chats and from there you can create Task Lists. In a group chat, there are two options at the top: Chat and Dashboard. On the list, I added tasks such as:. Under each Task, you can assign a person to be responsible for the task, and they will get a notice in Teams.

I love how you can add detailed notes under each task. Finally, you can add an additional checklist under each Task. I love the satisfaction of crossing things off my list.

Text messages is the default way to communicate with friends, family, and other parents. I also use texts for work to take care of any emergency situations or to get quick answers.

While I love the ease of text messaging, group messages can quickly become overwhelming. At times, I can be off my phone for an hour workout and return to hundreds of text messages which can become very stressful and since I mostly work from my phone, I need to quickly be able to respond to work text messages. This is why I love Teams. A group chat on Teams allows you to chat, share GIFs and memes, and even create polls. You can easily share lists with the group, such as a list of foods for a potluck or activities for a class party.

I especially use this as Room Mom. You can even assign tasks within a list to different people with deadlines, how cool is that?

Teams also allows you to create events, share media, attach documents and photos, share your location, and even mark yourself safe. This has been such a gamechanger for me both personally and professionally! Ultimately, Teams has given me time back with the people I love the most and has allowed me to create memories that will last a lifetime. I can organize, communicate, and share seamlessly through Teams. It has truly simplified so many aspects of my organization and planning.

Teams is an amazing and easy-to-use tool to manage and organize your life, all in one place. Check it out to help streamline and simplify your life today! Stay connected with family using Teams from your living room or from the middle of the ocean.
